edit as a service · content · IP

we don't just
make content.
we build content
IPs that scale.

editing, formats and distribution. from people who've run channels where a bad week is visible to millions.

the problem

most content is
made to be
posted.

not to be found.

posting isn't distribution. a video that wasn't built for where it has to travel (search, suggested, the feed) dies in browse no matter how well it's cut.

and every topic has a ceiling. only so many people will ever watch a video about your category, and most channels find that out eighteen months in. we'd rather know in week one, then build the format that widens it.

where we learned it

you've probably
seen the work.

we just weren't the ones signing it.

our team has worked in-house on these channels: ideating formats, shaping episodes and cutting the edits that went out. full-time, for years, on channels where a bad week is visible to millions.

that's the experience we brought with us. it's now available to you without the headcount.

these credits reflect work done by members of our team during previous full-time roles, not client engagements of EVRYTHN. all brands and marks belong to their respective owners.

what we do

three ways in.

most people start with the first one.

01
monthly retainer · fixed capacity
see the cuts →

your edit team, on tap. long-form, shorts, colour, sound, motion and packaging, handled end to end by editors who stay on your channel long enough to get good at it.

predictable output, predictable cost, no rehiring every quarter.

02

content as a service

monthly · paired with editing

ideation and scripting alongside the edit. what to make next, where the hook lands, and why episode four shouldn't look like episode three.

works best bolted onto editing. the people planning it are the people cutting it.

03

IP engineering

fixed-scope build

when you don't need more videos, you need a show. name, structure, hook architecture and the visual grammar that makes it recognisable mid-scroll.

a format is owned media. it compounds. thirty one-off videos don't.

04

production

selective
quoted case by case

we shoot when the scope earns it. if it doesn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere good.

who we are

we worked
together
first.

the agency came after.

we're ex-colleagues. we spent years in-house on the same channels, cutting, ideating, arguing about hooks. we liked the way we worked together more than we liked doing it under one roof for one brand.

so evrythn is the same team, running the same way across more channels at once.

brands, creators, personal brands. people who need output at a level that usually means building a department.

the team

come make
things with us.

we're small, and we're growing on purpose.

we're hiring editors and motion designers who care about the cut. if that's you, we'd rather see your reel than your resume.

send us one video.

we'll re-cut the first sixty seconds and send it back. no invoice, no pitch deck, no call required.

hello@evrythn.media

if you like it, we'll talk. if you don't, you've got a free cut out of it.

the cuts

we'd rather
show you.

long-form and shorts we've cut. no case-study essays, no before-and-after breakdowns. just the work, and one line on what each one needed.

16:9

the long ones.

where an edit actually gets tested.

eight minutes in is where you find out if a cut works. anyone can hold attention for thirty seconds. holding it past the point where someone remembers they have somewhere to be is the job.

finance

the original open ran 40 seconds. we got it to six and moved the payoff up.

saas · product

a demo that needed to feel like a story instead of a feature list.

healthcare

dense, sensitive subject. the edit had to slow down without losing anyone.

podcast

two hours of tape, one cold open that earns the next ninety minutes.

9:16

the short ones.

three seconds to earn the next thirty.

vertical isn't long-form chopped up. different pacing, different hook, and different rules about where a subtitle sits so it doesn't collide with the interface. we cut for the format, not for the export setting.

finance

one idea, no wind-up.

tech

cut to land before the thumb moves.

product

the thing in use by second two.

launch

built to be watched twice.

healthcare

plain language, no scare tactics.

trailer

tension held to the last frame.

podcast clip

found the moment, cut the rest.

saas

a feature explained without a single chart.

work shown here was cut by members of our team, in some cases during previous full-time roles. brands and marks belong to their respective owners.

want yours
cut like this?

send us one video. we'll re-cut the first sixty seconds and send it back, free.

hello@evrythn.media
work with us

come make
things
with us.

we're a small team of editors and writers who used to work together, liked it, and decided to keep going. we're looking for a few more people who feel the same way about a good cut.

what it's like here

you'll own
the cut.

not a task on someone's list.

we're small enough that your opinion changes the work. you'll sit on the channel, see the numbers, and get to say "this open is weak" without going through three people first.

we've all been editors. we know what a vague brief at 11pm feels like, and we know what it's like to watch your best cut get flattened by notes from someone who didn't watch it. we try hard not to be that.

we're also honest about where we're at. we're new, some weeks are messy as sh*t, and you'd be joining early enough to shape how this place works.

who we're after

editors with
opinions.

taste is the only prerequisite.

people who watch the retention graph afterwards and want to know why it dipped at 0:08. who have a view on the cut and will actually say it.

you don't need an agency background or a degree. you need a reel and a reason you made the choices in it.

hiring editors and motion designers now. writers later in the year.

send us your reel.

three minutes, your best work, no cover letter. tell us which cut you're proudest of and why.

jobs@evrythn.media

we read everything and we reply either way. it might take a week.
